NO JOKES this time about things being "bigger on the inside":
Ms. Myles is just impressed by the caliber of his weapon (ala Bad Wolf 2005).
Thanks to Hoyden About Town (where there are additional pictures of sci fi heroes in kilts -- this one is apparently from Barrowman's 06 commitment ceremony to Scott Gill. There are some great others, though, including an awesome bekilted Alan Rickman).
