Net Neutrality is about to die
But The Portly Dyke has some suggestions to try to save it. The simple one is to take part in the public comments to the FCC on the issue (helpfully linked there). There's another suggestion she provides, and while it would only be effective in places where there's real choice for high speed service, it's still worth a shot.
One last suggestion. Start lobbying your local government to become a provider itself, and force them to provide neutrality in any service, wireless or otherwise. Some cities are becoming WiFi hotspots already--make your city the next one.
