Bush advisers view the leaks as an effort to undermine the president's remaining days in office.To which I can only reply, with all the snark I can muster, the senior adviser may not be familiar with a long-standing tradition of President-elects being referred to as President-elect, as opposed to Senator, or Governor, or whatever other post they may have held in the past.
"Senator Obama may not be familiar with a long-standing tradition of presidents holding their private conversations, private," a senior adviser explained to the DRUDGE REPORT.
Seriously, though, if the Bush administration is going to push to get President-elect Obama involved early so as to take some of the heat off them in the closing days of their miserable reign, then they better plan to be undermined, because you won't find two different governing styles or philosophies out there. President-elect Obama has already said that his team is looking at two hundred or more executive orders that to potentially be reversed or modified. Change is coming. Either stand against it or get out of the way.
