Time to reset the DVR?
Maybe so. the NY Times is reporting that there's a tentative deal being discussed in the WGA strike, and that the strike could be over Monday morning. If so, that means I can start recording and watching The Daily Show and the Colbert Report again this week. Hurrah!
Now here's the question I have. We watched Bill Maher the first week he was back in spite of the strike, and noticed just how much more of a misogynist piece of crap he is without his writers. We haven't watched it since, mostly because of the strike, but also because he left a sour taste in our mouths. So do we put him back on the DVR list once the strike is over? It's not like we're looking for more things to watch on tv as it is--we have a backlog of shows already and Battlestar Galactica's final season hasn't even started yet. Give me the Emperor's decision in the comments--thumbs up or down. Does Maher's show live or die on our DVR?
