Yummy, spicy goodness

I made vegan jambalaya for dinner last night. It was good.

Bradley gave me The PDQ (Pretty Darn Quick) Vegetarian Cookbook for Christmas. The book mostly uses frozen, pre-chopped vegetables, but I'm going to do a lot of them fresh. Still, it's good. It's fast. And I found that cool recipe.

Fast cooking is about all I can handle these days.*

Next week I'm going to make Cuban-style black beans and rice.

*I'm very busy. My real life is making huge, huge demands on my time. Blogging will be limited for the foreseeable future. But the other Incerti have more to say that I usually do anyway.
