Advertising in paperbacks
Apparently that used to be a fairly common practice. Paul Collins has written an interesting article in the New York Times Sunday Book Review. I'm sure that my fellow bloggers -- being creative-writer-types -- will be somewhat horrified at the notion.
It's a cool article -- and fortunately, the practice is long gone.
